• At home, kids finally in bed, watching the Sox and look at my laundry list of things to get done. (Insert big sigh here) #

• Manually syncing WebCT from Banner as either our Luminis or Bb upgrade pooched the LMB settings. Grrr…. #
• Off to a meeting with our Public Relations folks on the upcoming Pakistani Education Leadership Institute (PELI) #
• From a construction meeting on phase II of our off-campus grad facility to lunch and now at an IT Manager’s meeting. #
• w00t!!! Uber-quick meeting! Aw geez now I actually have to go work? Hmmm, long ist…where to start? #
• Researching the Angel LMS and prepping for a faculty WebCT training. #
• Installing MediaWiki for the PEL Institute. #

• Recovering from a wild weekend of hikes and upgrades. #
• Finally caught Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End this weekend. Darker, but I loved it. Anyone else catch the teaser for Pirates 4? #
• Beautiful weather this past weekend – hiked Rattle River Trail to Shelburne-Moriah – on the NH 100 highest list. Lots of critter tracks! #
• Finally upgraded WebCT CE6 to Blackboard CE6 Application Pack 1, Service Pack 2. Now for all the trouble calls. #
• Since we also upgraded our Luminis portal to L-IV and things aren’t working as smoothly as some would prefer. #
• At an MIS meeting #
• At a planning meeting for our Pakistani Educational Leadership Institute #
• Working on the PEL Institute site. #
• Heading out to catch my daughter’s baseball game. And then the Sox! #

Start Slide Show with PicLens Lite

• Holy cow was it a wild weekend. Rained on graduation, spent the day running (literally) around campus getting our vid streams set up. #
• Went well, although our contracted videographer and audio support had grounding issues in the building resulting in hum on both video/audio. #
• Learned a lot about live streaming, particularly about bit rate options and file transmission over aging Cat-3 (yes, I said Cat-3). #
• Back from an OTLT meeting. Planning on upgrading WebCT to Application Pack 1, Service Pack 2 this weekend. #

• Running simul-streams, both Mac/Quicktime and PC/Windows Media thru Akamai. #
• SUCCESS!!! Finally got both streams running and a webpage crafted to present both for evaluation. Yippee!!! #
• Lunch, then Bb dev conference call, then??? #
• Sox up on Detroit 1-0 in the third. Gotta love MLB Audio! #
• Not sure how I feel about the new Google Analytics – I miss the city markers. Want them back! #
